Dale Earnhardt, Inc. will host its 9th annual Dale Earnhardt Day, which will kick off the organization’s month-long Hall of Fame Celebration. Dale Earnhardt Day, held annually on Dale Earnhardt’s birthday, will be held at DEI’s Corporate Office in Mooresville, N.C. on Thursday, April 29th from 9 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Dale Earnhardt Day festivities will include fan activities throughout the day, giveaways, new Dale Earnhardt memorabilia in the DEI showroom, and special displays celebrating Dale Earnhardt’s racing legacy.
Dale Earnhardt Day is open to the public, with fan activities and showroom access free of charge. Special offerings and exhibits will be available to members of the soon to be announced Earnhardt Legends Club (Club details to be announced in March, 2010).
DEI will also be accepting donations to the Dale Earnhardt Foundation, the mission of which is to “Continue The Legend™” and legacy of Dale Earnhardt through charitable programs and grants that sustain his lifelong commitment to Children, Education and Environmental / Wildlife Preservation.
This year’s Dale Earnhardt Day will hold special significance, as will it begin DEI’s Dale Earnhardt Hall of Fame Celebration Month, which will run through May 31st. Dale Earnhardt Hall of Fame Celebration Month will feature events and promotions throughout the month to celebration Dale Earnhardt’s induction into the inaugural NASCAR Hall of Fame class. The NASCAR Hall of Fame will host its Grand Opening on Tuesday, May 11th.
