MOORESVILLE, NC — Richie Gilmore, Vice President of Motorsports for Dale Earnhardt, Inc. announced today the promotion of Tony Eury, Sr. to a senior management role in the company’s No. 11 Menards Busch Series operation driven by Paul Menard. Eury will take over crew chief duties, replacing Dan Stillman, who will remain with company in another role.
“As we finish out a very successful year to date with Paul in the Busch Series and move him and the team to Nextel Cup Series competition next year, we feel it’s necessary to surround him with more seasoned management,” Gilmore said. “Tony Eury, Sr. is clearly one of the most experienced people in the garage and his guidance will be invaluable as Paul and his team move forward.”
