Returns

Before returning a product, please be sure to review the following policies concerning returns and/or exchanges:

  • No returns/refunds. Exchanges only.
  • Returns are accepted only if the merchandise you received from us is defective, broken, or was shipped incorrectly.
  • Each exchange/return must be authorized in advance by a customer service representative within 14 days from the original purchase date.
  • Exchanges or returns sent back to us without first contacting one of our Customer Service Representatives will not be processed, but returned to the customer.
  • Each exchange/return must be accompanied by the original packing slip as proof-of-purchase.
  • Exchanges/returns sent back without proper proof of purchase will not be processed, but returned to the customer.
  • Exchanges/returns will not be accepted on items that have been worn, washed or improperly cared for.
  • Shipping and Handling charges may not be credited on exchanges/returns.
